The repair or replacement of your RNVac appliance (at RNVac’s discretion) if it is found to be
defective due to faulty materials, or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. Proof of
purchase is required for warranty coverage.
RnVac will provide repair parts (at our discretion) to resolve any issues. Should there be a
a structural issue we will require photos to be sent to ittech@truebite.com for evaluation to determine the
nature of the problem.
Abuse, poor maintenance, and damage to the general structure of the product will be reviewed in our
warranty considerations.
